O objetivo é justamente ensinar o bê-á-bá. “As primeiras aulas não são tão prazerosas. Mas todo mundo consegue fazer. Ela também é indicada para pessoas que ficaram traumatizadas após alguma queda. Aqui evitamos que ela caia”, garante Tiago Maia Penteado, professor da Fórmula Academia (SP).
Onde tudo começa
Imagine uma pista de atletismo: lisa, uniforme e macia. É sobre esta superfície que a aula acontece. A primeira coisa a fazer é vestir o par de patins in-line (aquele modelo com rodas em linha) e todos os acessórios de segurança: capacete, cotoveleiras, munhequeiras, joelheiras e luvas. Eles são importantes para você não se machucar. Por isso, nada de ficar encanada se você vai parecer um robô ou se seu cabelo vai ficar marcado. “Na hora da queda, qualquer superfície se torna áspera”, enfatiza Tiago Penteado.
Em seguida, o pessoal parte para um aquecimento rápido, que consiste em algumas voltas pela pista e exercícios específicos para os membros inferiores (região mais trabalhada durante a atividade). As alunas são divididas em pequenos grupos, levando em conta o objetivo e o nível de cada uma. Se o objetivo é fazer um treinamento aeróbico, o professor passa uma sequência de voltas em torno da pista. Se for para complementar o treino de outra atividade, como a corrida ou o ciclismo, os exercícios focam mais a parte lateral e medial das pernas. “O treinamento é bem individualizado”, comenta.
