Mas, se for consumido em muita quantidade, o jeito é correr atrás do prejuízo, como se diz no futebol. ‘Depois do estrago feito, o melhor é manter o ritmo de atividade física, beber bastante água e evitar alimentos como açúcar, farinhas, batatas, pães, arroz e também evitar as gorduras. Não precisa mais que três dias de cuidados pra compensar possíveis exageros’, aconselha Regina.
A nutricionista também dá uma dica para que o chocolate seja absorvido de forma mais lenta pelo corpo: ‘É melhor consumir esta delícia depois de uma refeição leve, com salada e carne magra, e nunca em jejum’.
