Segundo o fotógrafo e professor Vinícius Matos, de 34 anos, atualmente 70% dos fotógrafos do país se dedicam a matrimônios.
Vinícius lembra que antigamente o profissional que fotografava casamentos era marginalizado. ‘Essa visão tem mudado e devemos muito aos fotojornalistas que entraram no mercado. Eles imprimiram mais sentimento às fotos, com maior dinamismo’, explicou, acrescentando que a fotografia digital também ajudou no processo de criação.
Carreira em ascensão
O professor explica que atualmente esse ramo da fotografia é o que mais cresce no país. ‘A carreira possui um glamour não encontrado até pouco tempo’, lembra.
Para ele, os casamentos que mais dão prazer fotografar não são aqueles mais chiques, mas os que os noivos dão liberdade ao profissional para criar. “O casamento de Fernanda Pompermayer foi um dos que mais me marcou. Ela me deu carta branca”.
Fernanda elogiou o resultado: “A fotografia foi a primeira coisa que contratei. Conheci o trabalho do Vinícius pela internet e me apaixonei. Ele dá um tom artístico e espontâneo à foto”, contou ela, que se casou com Tácito Guimarães no dia 24 de abril de 2010.

A ex-fisioterapeuta e atual fotógrafa de casamento, Carol Bustorff, começou a carreira após fazer o curso do professor Vinícius.
‘Um dos casamento que mais me marcou aconteceu na Confeitaria Colombo, no Centro do Rio. Os noivos são fãs de StarWars, entraram no salão sob espadas e me permitiram viajar. Foi incrível’, lembra.
