Pode, mas tem que levar a fruta ou o leite junto”, exemplifica.
Rosana Perim concorda. “Não precisa proibir o chocolate. Basta saber equilibrar”, diz ela. Outra dica é incluir as crianças no processo de comprar e preparar o lanche. Vale levá-las ao mercado ou à feira, explicar porque você escolhe aqueles alimentos e como aquilo vai fazer bem a elas.
Opções industrializadas
