3) Aposte no sabonete líquido
Apesar de custar um pouco mais caro do que o em barra, vale a pena investir, pois ele tem uma fórmula mais suave, ideal para quem tem pele sensível, e ainda um poder de hidratação muito maior. Use e abuse especialmente no inverno, época do ano em que a pele fica mais ressecada.
4) Não esprema nem cutuque espinhas!
Este hábito (difícil de largar, a gente sabe…) só piora o aspecto da pele e deixa cicatrizes que demoram a sumir – ou não somem. O jeito é esconder os pontinhos com corretivo, de preferência os tipos que possuem ação secativa. Mas, se não deu pra resistir e você espremeu uma espinha, lave o rosto com um sabonete facial e aplique um gel secativo por cima, que ajuda a cicatrizar e recuperar a pele mais rapidamente.
5) Limpe o rosto duas vezes ao dia
Para ajudar na prevenção de cravos e espinhas e evitar o excesso de brilho do rosto, lave bem a pele ao acordar, antes de ir para a escola, e à noite. Use um sabonete neutro e água morna ou ainda, se você tem pele oleosa, alguma versão que tenha ácido salicílico na fórmula, componente que ajuda a prevenir a acne. Complemente a limpeza com um tônico facial ou adstringente, que limpa os poros e deixa a pele com uma textura uniforme.
6) Proteja a pele na hora de se depilar e descolorir os pêlos
Para proteger a pele e evitar coceira e ardor durante a descoloração, antes de tudo aplique uma camada fina de óleo de amêndoas nas partes do corpo que irão receber a mistura. E lembre-se de cobrir machucados e feridinhas com microporo. Depois de se depilar, seja com lâmina, cera ou creme depilatório, é regra geral hidratar bem a pele com substâncias calmantes como a camomila, verbena, chá verde, azuleno e erva-doce. Aqui, o óleo de amêndoas também é um aliado: além de deixar a pele macia, ele retira todos os restinhos de cera.
7) Aplique protetor solar todos os dias
Opte por um protetor solar ou hidratante com, no mínino, FPS 15, tanto no rosto quanto no corpo. Principalmente nos dias quentes, fique ligada e repasse o produto, pois ele vai saindo com o suor. Aplique-o uns 30 minutos antes de se vestir e lembre-se de passar também na nuca, orelhas e mãos (essas partes também queimam!). E redobre a atenção nos lugares que apresentam sardas e pintas.
Retire todo o make antes de dormir
