Mas movimentar o corpo não é sinônimo de boa postura.’O balé, por exemplo, costuma ser benéfico, mas em alguns casos pode reforçar um padrão postural que precisa ser corrigido’, alerta a professora de Pilates Mariana Lacombe, do estúdio Uuatá.
Teresa Motta destaca a importância de uma consulta médica em casos de má postura. “A pessoa precisa da avaliação profissional para descobrir as causas do problema e receber indicações de exames complementares e tratamento”, explica ela.
A caminhada e o Pilates são exercícios recomendados para quem procura uma postura saudável e ainda trazem outros benefícios. ‘A caminhada é uma atividade aeróbica que auxilia no sistema cardiovascular e estimula o fortalecimento ósseo’, garante Teresa Motta. ‘Caminhar também ajuda no emagrecimento’, reforça Mariana.
A consciência corporal é outro aspecto importante. ‘Quando você tem consciência do seu corpo usa isso em qualquer atividade física que realize’, diz Mariana. ‘Numa aula de Pilates, aprende-se a ter uma boa postura, seja deitado, sentado ou em pé’, acrescenta ela.
