Simples cuidados que darão uma ótima aparência em seus pés:
- Esfolie os pés 1 vez por semana. A dica é usar açúcar com óleo de amêndoas
- Seque bem os pés após o banho e passe talco antisséptico
- Desinfete os sapatos com lisoformio (pode ser comprado em famácias ou no supermercado)
- Use protetor solar se for usar sandália que exponha os pés
- Não deixe as unhas dos pés ficarem grandes. Além de machucar, propicia a infecção fúngica
- Para deixar os pés macios, passe um creme com uma concentração maior de uréia (grávidas só podem usar com orientação médica), óleo de semente de uva, óleo de amêndoas doce e lactato de amônia, use meias de algodão em seguida
- Aplique o creme nos pés antes de dormir em grande quantidade e coloque um plástico de PVC (para evitar sujar os lençóis e aumentar a absorção)
- Se a sola do pé estiver muito áspera, antes de aplicar o creme, lixe um pouco. Atenção: não crie esse hábito diariamente, pois as solas dos pés são uma proteção
- Evite usar sandálias que causem bolhas. O machucado repetido vai acabar deixando uma mancha escura no local
- Se quiser remover cutícula em casa, use um removedor
- Cortar as unhas sempre quadradas, não cortar pelos cantos (que permite a entrada de bactérias)
