5. Não lave os fios com muita frequência, isso tira a oleosidade natural que o couro cabeludo produzir para proteger os cabelos, enfraquecendo-os.
6. Nada de pentear os cabelos exageradamente, isso causa pontas-duplas e quebra. Use um pente ou escova específica para o seu tipo de cabelo.
7. Química, como: tintura, relaxamento, alisamento e etc., são prejudiciais aos cabelos se feitos excessivamente. Assim que fizer alguma química, aconselha-se usar uma máscara de hidratação pelo menos uma vez por semana.
8. Penteados como: tranças, coque e rabo-de-cavalo, podem quebrar os fios e até calvice se feitos todos os dias. Para evitar ficar careca, deixe-os mais frouxos.
9. Lavar os cabelos com a água muito quente deixa-os sem vida. Use uma touca de cabelo para resolver o problema.
10. Hidratação todos os dias não deixa os fios respirarem, então espere pelo menos uns três dias e passe o produto desejado.
