As manifestações mais comuns da trombose venosa profunda são a dor, a inchação (edema) e a vermelhidão (rubor) no local afetado (pernas, coxas, articulações).
Confira algumas medidas de preventivas para evitar a doença:
1-) Não usar roupas e calçados apertados
2-) Não colocar bagagens embaixo das poltronas (restringe o movimento das pernas)
3-) Não ficar imóvel na poltrona. Mudar de posição com freqüência (facilita a circulação)
4-) Beber líquidos, como água e sucos (evita a desidratação)
5-) Fazer exercícios com as pernas (movimentos de extensão, rotação e flexão dos pés)
6-) Andar, sempre que isto for possível e seguro.
